Will Natalie Cassidy ever be thin again?

Poor Natalie Cassidy! If you were her, you would be absolutely gutted about gaining the 4 stone that you had lost just a year ago wouldn’t you! Loosing weight certainly isn’t easy and keeping it off is even harder.

Natalie never really appears in magazines for the good reasons, it’s normally pictures of her taking part in a gruelling workout that never works or stuffing her face with a macdonalds. Natalie is now determined to shed the pounds and get back to the size 8 figure she was. After recently splitting with her fiance it seems that it’s going to be even harder this time around.

Friends close to Natalie are determined that she can lose the weight:

“Natalie’s determined to tone up and get fit, but she’s not setting herself any extreme goals”.

It’s good to see that Natalie is getting it together after letting her discipline slip. Will we see her in a bikini this summer? Suppose we will have to wait and see!

Celebrity Fitness DVDs

A new year, a new start! The chocolate needs to be put away (or eaten quickly) and the salad draw in the fridge needs to be crammed that full that it hardly shuts. 2009 means that the DVD stands are filled with celebrities and their fitness videos in the hope that someone, somewhere will buy one thinking they will turn out just the same as them. The thing is, these celebrities have been on strict diets and fitness regimes weeks before they actually bring out the DVD, but they don’t tell you that do they!!

Promoting your DVD is extremely important in order for people to actually want to buy it and Mel B from the Spice Girls has certainly done a good job at doing that..

She rolled up at a London Hotel in this bus emblazoned with her rippling 6 pack which we are all guaranteed to get in a couple of weeks (Yeah right!). I’m surprised she wasn’t throwing promotional products out the windows whilst she was driving along, maybe a miniature book or a leopard print covered copy of her DVD.

Are you into these celeb DVDs? I’ve tried one out before but instead of loosing a stone i just looked like a dick prancing round my bedroom. I just don’t have to much faith in them, do you? I have two words for you, Natalie Cassidy!

James Corden, would you?!

Right, I’m really not getting how people can fancy James Corden?!

I am forever reading articles about how gorgeous he is and how he is bagging all these lovely ladies  and i just don’t see how he does it.

People may say they don’t go for looks and its all about the personality, but we all know that’s a load of rubbish!!

First it was Lily Allen, then it was Agyness Deyn, then it was Natalie Cassidy (un-lucky!) and now it is Sheridan Smith who is in fact James’ ex.

The twosome split up earlier this year but it looks like things could be back on track.
