Michael Jackson Memorial Concert

OMG!! Did you watch the Michael Jackson memorial concert last night? I couldn’t hold back the tears, especially when I saw his brothers crying and even more so when Paris made an emotional speech about her father.

The concert saw the likes of Mariah Carey, Usher, Stevie Wonder and Lionel Ritchie take to the stage to blast out timeless Jacko hits, with Britain’s very own Shaheen Jafargholi stealing the limelight with “Who’s Lovin You”.

All the Jackson clan were in attendance  including all 3 of Michael’s children, who up until then had not been put in the media spotlight.

Kerry Katona, the next Dolly Parton??

I heard some terrible, slightly scary news the other day. Kerry Katona has decided that she is going to give her music career another shot.

Don’t worry, we aren’t going to see her prancing around with hardly anything on whilst blasting out a Mariah Carey remake, instead Kerry has decided to try her hand as a Country singer.

Yes, you heard me right, a country singer!

The Sun Newspaper has said:

‘The channel love her — the more outlandish she is, the better. There is an idea for her to go to Nashville to work with songwriters to try to relaunch her music career. The Nashville show is one idea people are keen on at MTV. After the harrowing things Kerry’s been through on camera, birth and plastic surgery, we want something funny.’

They want something funny? I think we have just seen the funniest television interview for while, when she can make a dick out herself here, why bother going to Nashville?!

Britney is back on track!

It seems that Britney Spears is well and truly getting her life back on track.

All was going on a downward spiral for Ms Spears not that long ago but it seems she is coming back and looks better than ever.

Britney has also been nominated for an MTV award for the Best Female Video category for her hit song “piece of me”.

After her shoddy ‘comeback’ performance last year, its great to see that she is up for an award this year.

It could be a tough one to win though as she is up against Rihanna, Mariah Carey, Jordin Sparks and Katy Perry.

Good luck Britney, i hope you win it!!!

Heidi protects herself on the beach!

Every man and his dog has a bodyguard in the celeb world.

Fair enough, the like of Victoria and David Beckham, Amy Winehouse and Mariah Carey all need one but someone from the Sugababes?!

Heidi Range  was spotted on the beach in Miami with a tall, well dressed body guard by her side. Come on Heidi, who needs guarding on a beach??!?

And more to the point, how hot must that poor man be, suited and booted in the 90 degree sun!!

Maybe Heidi took it the wrong way when someone told her to stay protected on the beach!

Wedding Bells are ringing!!

Wedding season is officially here and Coleen and Wayne have kicked it off in style. Weddings these days can not run smoothly without a wedding coordinator and if you are lucky enough to have one then you are guaranteed a great day!

With stars such as Jessica Alba and Cash Warren, Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz and Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon all tying the knot this year i can imagine that Wedding Planners have had a very busy schedule.

Has Mariah got married?!

Getting married in secret seems to be the norm for celebrities.

From Beyonce to Britney, stars everywhere are getting hitched without the preying eyes of the public knowing anything about it.

The most recent rumour to emerge is that Mariah Carey got married to her partner Nick Cannon on a small island earlier this week.

However, there have been conflicting reports about this with members of both families giving their stories.

A relative of Nicks has said that they have indeed tied the knot, where as a nephew of Mariah’s has told people not to believe the hype.

To be honest, who cares?! If they want to get married then why do it in secret?!

Mariah Back To Her Diva-like Ways!

Mariah Carey is definitely an A-List diva and she certainly makes sure she gets exactly what she wants.

Whilst visiting London recently promoting her new Album E=MC2, she wasn’t shy at giving out her list of demands.

Signing copies of her CD put things on hold in Selfridges on Oxford Street and she demanded that she had her table and thrown there ready for her. This wasn’t just any ordinary table, nooooooo, this was shipped all the way from New York and cost a whopping £5000.

Other items on her ludicrous list were Krispy Kreme doughnuts, Fiji Water and Trident chewing gum.
