Madonna’s adoption bid has failed!

I wrote a post recently about how Madonna was set to adopt again. Madge had flown to Malawi to legally make the child her own but it seems that things haven’t quite gone to plan.

Madonna had her heart set on a little girl called Mercy James who she had seen when she was going through the procedures to adopt David Banda.

A court in Africa has rejected Madonna’s bid even though there are some government officials who have backed the singers plans. The reason for this decision is that the prospective parent but have been a resident in the country for at least 18-24 months.

Madonna is certainly not happy with the news and will not give up on her chance of adopting Mercy. Madge will be disputing the decision and the adoption process is due to continue.

Madonna set to adopt again

According to news that emerged yesterday, it appears that Madonna is looking to adopt another child from Malawi. Madonna fell in love with a little girl when she went to visit in 2007 and since adopting David Banda she is keen to get him a little sister.

Madonna is set to fly to Africa this weekend to make Mercy James legally her child, although this hasn’t been easy. Madonna has had to go through a 19 month battle.

It may not be that easy once Madonna gets there to take Mercy home, if the application is blocked there are other girls on ’standby’ but according to a source close to Madge, it’s Mercy who she really wants.

Madonna already has 2 children of her own, Lourdes and Rocco.

Madonna argues with Jesus

Maybe it’s my immaturity shining through, but i still laugh whenever i hear that Madonna is dating someone called Jesus. She didn’t take too long in finding a new man after splitting up with Guy either.

Any who, cracks are already starting to show in the relationship and it’s all over the fact Jesus used his mobile phone in front of Madge.

Apparently, Madge isn’t too happy that Jesus speaks to people in her presence even if its to his family.

A source close to the couple has said:

“Jesus stood up for himself and they had quite a heated argument. Madonna agreed to let him answer the phone when she’s around, but only in emergencies.”

Talk about under the thumb! If my boyfriend ever told me that i couldn’t use my mobile phone in his presence i would probably stick it where the sun doesn’t shine!!

Anyone for a used tissue?!

Some Celebrities try their best when it comes to charity. Look at Madonna for example, she is a prime example of someone who is there to help others out! One Celebrity has gone above and beyond most and, wait for it, has sold a scraggy used tissue on eBay.

Scarlett Johansson has put her used tissue up for auction in the hope that she can raise some money for the charity, USA Harvest.

Scarlett used the tissue on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno where she complained she had caught a cold off Samuel L Jackson. Scarlett blew her nose on the tissue twice before saying she was going to auction of the tissue. She even made a joke at the fact it had been passed on between stars so should be worth more!

For your information, the snotty, germ infected tissue is going for £1,465. Crazy!

The Madonna and Guy divorce!

I thought it was about time i wrote a little bit about the whole Madonna and Guy divorce. I have tried my best not to mention it as to be truly honest, I’m not bothered! Divorce has got to be a very horrible, sticky subject and they should be left to get on with it on their own, but this is celeb ville, it ain’t ever gonna happen is it!

So, you all know that the couple have decided to call it a day to their marriage and go their seperate way as “friends”, yeh right! I hate that, when people say they will stay friends, it never happens and eventually the situation ends up worse than if you would of just said goodbye and never spoke again!

It has been reported that the divorce could all be down to one thing, a horse, yes, a horse!

Madonna fell off her horse a while back braking 8 bones in the process and apparently Guy wasn’t all too sympathetic with her and gave her no support whilst she was recovering. This convinced Madge that he wasn’t the man for her.

“Madonna was in a huge amount of pain and expected Guy to drop everything. But Guy approached the whole thing in what she now calls a ‘very British way’.”

The incident seemed to be the centre to all their arguments and friends of the couple believe this could be the reason for the collapse of the marriage.

Well, i doubt it, but who knows!!! What do you reckon about the Madonna and Guy situation?!

Fan bruises Madonna’s ego!

Whilst Madonna was performing at a gig this week in New York, she was shocked to see that a gentleman in the crowd wasn’t up dancing. I mean, if material girl was blasting out the speakers you have to get up and boogie!

According to the Sun newwspaper, when Madge noticed the guy she shouted:

“Are you fucking bored, sir? Why are you sitting? I’m busting my arse up here.”

Once she had finally got over her little mood swing she decided to crack a joke to the crowd:

“Clap for me, My ego is bruised right now!”

So, it appears that some gig goers were not too excited about seeing 50 year old Madonna live, in her revealing leotards….ew!

Red carpet veterans show us how its done!

It amazes me how good the older generation of celebrities still look when they hit the red carpet.

People such as Sharon Stone and Madonna are prime examples, and with Madonna reaching 50 last week she is certainly looking great.

Although some celebs have gone down the path of face lifts and botox, others have just opted for a healthy lifestyle, including a well balanced diet, yoga and age defying cream. These people have that healthy looking glow to them rather than scars from surgery!

I certainly hope that when i hit my 50’s im in great shape, and even if everything has gone south, who cares? It’s going to happen to everyone, its up to you though if you want to do something about it!

I have found THE most bizarre (but funny) video ever! You have heard of people being lookalikes of their favorite celebs, well now we have dogs dressed as celebs!

I think my vote goes to Madonna, how the hell did they get pink fishnets on a dog?! And i love the way it does lunges!

Britney and Madonna hook up!

There  have been a few rumours flying around that Britney Spears will be appearing with Madonna for her tour, and it has been confirmed that these are true.

A source on set of the shoot has said:

“She was shot in the elevator that is surrounded by seven cameras, Britney walks into the elevator wearing a black hoody, and you can’t see it’s her at first. As the elevator goes up, it becomes clear it’s Britney and she’s anxious and nervous. She starts to kick the wall and hit things. At one point she screams into the camera.”

To be honest, that sounds like what Britney would of been like a few months back!!

I think its really good that Brittaz is getting back on track and doing what she does best!!!
