Lilly Allen speaks out about drugs!

Lily Allen has never been one to think before she speaks and this time its on the topic of drugs.

Lily has been in and out of the news regarding drugs in the past and has said that she thinks the risks of Cocaine have been completely blown out of proportion.

In a recent interview with The Word Magazine, Lily has said:

“The only story is that drugs are bad and they will kill you – you will become a prostitute, a rapist or a dealer; but that’s not true. I know lots of people that take cocaine three nights a week and get up and go to work everyday, no problem at all. But we never hear that side of the story. I have no statement to make, I just wish people wouldn’t sensationalise this thing that just exists”.

Eek! Lily has certainly been brave in voicing her opinion and must have known that it would cause a fuss.

Dominic Grieve, the Shadow Home Secretary has spoken back about Lily’s comment..

“There is no doubt that drugs fuel crime and wreck lives. It’s naive to assume there isn’t human misery and suffering associated with every drug transaction somewhere along the line.”

Amy bags a new man

Whilst on a trip to St Lucia, Amy Winehouse has been spotted with a mystery man. This time, he isn’t covered in tattoos with a spliff hanging out of his mouth, he is in fact a posh public school boy!

The guy in question is 21 year old Josh Bowman. At four years younger than Amy, he isn’t the kind of guy she would normally go for. He is even mates with Kelly Brooks other half, Danny Cipriani.

Josh, who is an aspiring actor has said..

“She’s just a cool girl, very nice, and we’re just very friendly. She’s a good laugh – she is such a lovely girl and on great form.”

It’s good to hear that Amy is on good form and hopefully she will be back recording number one’s very soon.

I do have to admit though, this Josh guy must be pretty brave getting up, close and personal with the Wino!

Katy Perry splits from lover!

Katy Perry and Travis McCoy  have split up over the festive season.

The pop sensation, who likes to kiss girls who wear cherry chap stick hasn’t had it too easy from her ex though!

Travis hasn’t wasted anytime in showing how he feels about Katy and has laid into her on his blog…

“We fight every night, now that’s not kosher. I reminisce with bliss of when we was closer, and wake up to be greeted by an argument again, you act like you’re ten. So immature, I try to concentrate on a cure. And keep lookin’ at the front door. My friends always tell me how I’m lucky to possess, The best looking girl in the whole US. Wowza!! He doesn’t seem a happy bunny does he. With Katy being quite feisty herself i can imagine that she will fight back!

Will Robbie appear on Strictly?

Robbie Williams hasn’t really been in the limelight much this year, maybe he is too busy trying to spot aliens or something, or, it could be the fact he is living over in the states?!

Well, he is planning to move back to the UK and has said that when he returns we will have the pleasure of seeing him on Strictly Come Dancing! Bizarre, i know!I will definitely be watching it though if he does!

He is also planning to work on his music career when he returns and it planning on starting a new album.

Robbie has said on his Blog:

“I’m going into the studio at the end of January to get it ready. I had to go away, how could anybody miss you when you’re always there? But I’ve had enough of LA for now. It was my recent trip to England that did it. I felt plugged in. Roots! I really miss it. For all its crap weather, I need to be among Brits again. Back in Blighty I listened to the radio in the car, watched what and who was on the telly and then it all came back. Ambition that is - I wanted to put an album out the next day.”

Ooo, how exciting, i do like a good old boogie to a Robbie track! Whats more exciting are the rumours that he is going to be performing with Take That!!

Louis will NOT be managing JLS afterall!

I wrote a post the other day about the gorgeous JLS and how they were going to be managed by Louis Walsh, well, this isn’t actually the case.

According to a contract, mentors on the X Factor are not allowed to manage their own acts after the show! Unlucky for Louis hey, because i think these boys are going to go a long way!

JB Gill, Marvin Humes, Oritse Williams and Aston Merrygold are looking at signing a multi million pound record deal with Sony BMG and i garuntee that they will be the next big boyband to hit the UK!

I’m really excited to see their next move, are you?

James Corden falls in love!

It feels like i haven’t stopped talking about Alexandra Burke since she won the X Factor, but it’s because she is still finding out that lots of celebrities love her. One person in particular is James Corden.

According to James’ mum, he is absolutely besotted by Alexandra and has even forked out £4000 on a Cartier watch. James’ mum has said:

“He is absolutely besotted. It’s a bit full on but Alexandra seems to be taking it in her stride. I wish he’d give me a Cartier watch too!”

Yeh, add my name onto the list too! As i have previously mentioned, i just don’t know what people see in James and it appears that his friends think Alexandra will feel the same.

‘Although they are texting each other, I can’t see her falling for his charms. He’s not really her type.’

Can you imagine the pair getting together?? I can’t! i can imagine that Alexandra will get many offers from a number of celebrities, lucky cow!

Britney wishes Buddists “Happy Christmas”

Britney Spears really does make me laugh and the news that she wished an audience of Buddhists ‘Happy Christmas’ has made me laugh even more! I guess she was only trying to be nice and polite but she always manages to make a tit out of herself.

Britney was performing her hit song Womanizer on a Japanese TV when she made the mistake of saying Happy Christmas to an audience of non-Christian Buddhists and Shintoist’s.

Britney absolutely loved Japan though, especially the ‘tiny cars’.

“I love Japan! I think all the tiny cars are so cute. I enjoyed a walk in a botanical garden and got to see a Japanese wedding. Then I went shopping. We just visited the oldest Buddhist temple. It was so beautiful.”

Alexandra already has a new BFF!

It hasn’t taken Alexandra Burke long to fit into the celebrity lifestyle, she even has a brand new celebrity bezzie mate and it is no other than Kate Moss! Yes, bit of a weird one really isn’t it!

Apparently, Kate took her daughter Lila Grace to the live shows and they were routing for Alexandra all the way.

Alexandra has said:

“I saw Kate in the audience a couple of weeks ago and waved to her. I met her properly last week and we hit it off. I am going to her party on Friday. She promised me I could have anything I wanted from her wardrobe. I can’t wait. She won’t be leading me astray. She is a good person and we talked for ages.”

Actually, I’m quite jealous, ANYTHING from Kate’s wardrobe, that would be amazing although would probably only fit my little finger!

Although Alexandra has signed up to Simon Cowell’s record label ‘Syco’ she still wants Cheryl to play a part in her career. From what i saw on the live shows it appears that Alex and Cheryl got on well, but was it all an act?

After smashing the charts with her cover of Hallelujah, Alex has only just figured out what the song is about.

“I didn’t know it was about sexual positions. I see it as a love song!”

This isn’t the end of JLS…

I absolutely loved JLS and was pretty sad to see them come second in the X Factor.

It isn’t all too bad though, the gorgeous boys have managed to land themselves a deal with Sony BMG and Louis Walsh is taking over as their manager.

Louis has said:

“There’s no question about it, these boys will have a career in the music industry. They are going to be without doubt the biggest band we have ever had on this show.”

Louis Walsh has high hopes for JLS and even thinks they could be as big as Westlife! Lets just hope that Louis doesn’t mould them into a stereotypical ballad singing group, but gives the music industry the up to date boy band we’re after.

Dannii Minogue has even had her say on JLS:

“The hysteria that has been surrounding them over the last few weeks is very reminiscent of Take That’s early days. They are simply amazing. I think there are loads of girls who are going to fall in love with them.”

Yeh, and I’m one of them! I think lots of girls have fallen a little bit in love with the band and i just hope that they make it in the industry! I’m sure that this wont be the last we see of them.

Another reality tv star jumps on the celebrity bandwagon!

It was the final of X Factor on Saturday night and Alexandra Burke (quite obviously) won the show, knocking Eoghan and JLS out of the running for a recording contract.

Alexandra won hands down with 1 million more votes than JLS. The guys were disappointed but I’m sure that they have a future in the music industry and i would definitely buy their album and maybe a JLS hoody if they’re lucky!

Alexandra has scooped a massive £1million record deal and will release her version on Hallelujah, which if like other years, will definitely make the Christmas number one spot.

Every girl i know stayed in to watch the final and we certainly weren’t disappointed. Performances from Beyonce, Boyzone and Westlife certainly made the show worth watching and i thought all the finalists performed exceptionally well, especially JLS.

By the way, did anyone watch that Girls Aloud programme in between the X Factor? How bad was that!!!!!
